Strawberry Banana Crumble Dessert Cups

Ingredients:
For the cream layer:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the fruit layer:
- 2–3 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
For the crumble:
- 1 cup crushed biscuits or graham crackers
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
For assembly:
- Ladyfingers or vanilla sponge pieces (optional, for base)
- Aluminum cups or small bowls
Instructions:
- Make the crumble:
- Mix crushed biscuits, melted butter, and brown sugar.
- Spread on a baking tray and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 5–7 minutes until golden. Let cool.
- Prepare the cream:
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Assemble the dessert:
- Place a few ladyfinger or sponge pieces at the bottom of each cup.
- Spoon in a layer of the cream mixture.
- Add a few slices of bananas and strawberries.
- Add another layer of cream.
- Top with more fruits and sprinkle crumble generously.
- Chill:
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Optional:
- Add strawberry syrup or purée for a pink swirl effect.
- Mix a bit of strawberry yogurt into some of the cream for color contrast.
