Strawberry Banana Crumble Dessert Cups

Ingredients:

For the cream layer:

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the fruit layer:

  • 2–3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

For the crumble:

  • 1 cup crushed biscuits or graham crackers
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

For assembly:

  • Ladyfingers or vanilla sponge pieces (optional, for base)
  • Aluminum cups or small bowls

Instructions:

  1. Make the crumble:
  • Mix crushed biscuits, melted butter, and brown sugar.
  • Spread on a baking tray and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 5–7 minutes until golden. Let cool.
  1. Prepare the cream:
  • Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  1. Assemble the dessert:
  • Place a few ladyfinger or sponge pieces at the bottom of each cup.
  • Spoon in a layer of the cream mixture.
  • Add a few slices of bananas and strawberries.
  • Add another layer of cream.
  • Top with more fruits and sprinkle crumble generously.
  1. Chill:
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Optional:

  • Add strawberry syrup or purée for a pink swirl effect.
  • Mix a bit of strawberry yogurt into some of the cream for color contrast.
