Honey Chicken Legs

Description:

Invincible, delicious, and simple

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken legs, deboned
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon cooking wine
  • A little salt
  • Black pepper, to taste

For the Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cooking wine
  • 1/2 bowl of water

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Chicken:
  • Prepare the chicken legs by deboning them. In a bowl, mix the chicken with 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, a little salt, and black pepper to taste. Marinate the chicken well for 30 minutes.
  1. Prepare the Sauce:
  • In a separate bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, and 1/2 bowl of water. Stir until well combined.
  1. Cook the Chicken:
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken legs. Fry the chicken until both sides are golden brown.
  1. Add the Sauce:
  • Reduce the heat to low and pour the prepared sauce into the pan with the chicken. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is cooked through. This should take about 10-15 minutes.
  1. Finish and Serve:
  • Once the chicken is cooked and the sauce is reduced, remove the chicken legs from the pan. Let them rest for a few minutes, then cut into pieces.
  • Serve the honey chicken legs hot. Enjoy!
