This pattern is recreated from the reference image, so the exact stitch counts may vary slightly depending on yarn weight, hook size, and tension. The design uses three large olive-green circular motifs surrounded by pink flowers and green leaves.

Flower Center
With dark green yarn, make a magic ring.
Round 1: Ch 2, work 12 dc into the ring. Sl st to the first dc. Fasten off.
Round 2: Join pink yarn in any stitch. Ch 3, 2 dc in the same stitch, 3 dc in each stitch around. Sl st to the beginning chain.
Round 3: Ch 1. In the next stitch work 1 sc, ch 2, skip 1 stitch. Repeat around. Sl st to the first sc.
Round 4: In each ch-2 space work 1 sc, 5 dc, 1 sc. Repeat around to create the flower petals. Sl st to the first sc.
Round 5: For a fuller flower, work 1 sc behind each petal, then create the next petal with 1 sc, 7 dc, 1 sc. Repeat around.
Fasten off and weave in the ends.
Large Green Circular Motif
Make 3 identical circles.
With olive green yarn, make a magic ring.
Round 1: Ch 3, work 12 dc into the ring. Sl st to the first dc.
Round 2: Ch 3, 2 dc in each stitch around. Sl st. 24 dc.
Round 3: Ch 3, dc in the same stitch, 1 dc in the next stitch. Repeat around. Sl st.
Round 4: Ch 3, 2 dc in the same stitch, dc in the next 2 stitches. Repeat around.
Round 5: Ch 3, 2 dc in the same stitch, dc in the next 3 stitches. Repeat around.
Round 6: Ch 3, 2 dc in the same stitch, dc in the next 4 stitches. Repeat around.
Round 7: Ch 3, 2 dc in the same stitch, dc in the next 5 stitches. Repeat around.
Round 8: Ch 3, 2 dc in the same stitch, dc in the next 6 stitches. Repeat around.

To create the textured radial appearance shown in the photo, alternate sections of regular dc stitches with slightly open sections made with:
1 dc, ch 1, skip 1 stitch, 1 dc.
Keep the increases evenly distributed so the piece remains flat.
Final Round
Work 1 sc in every stitch around.
When finished, gently block the circle into a perfectly round shape.
Green Leaves
Make approximately 20–25 leaves.
Chain 9.
Starting in the second chain from the hook:

Sl st at the tip.
Work along the opposite side of the starting chain using the same sequence.
Sl st to the base.
For a more pointed leaf, work 1 tr in the center instead of the middle dc.

Additional Leaves
For the smaller leaves visible between the flowers, chain 7 and work:

Flower Arrangement
Make approximately 12–14 large pink flowers.
Make 2–4 smaller flowers if desired to fill the spaces between the large flowers.
Arrange the flowers in a flowing S-shaped path around the three green circular motifs.
Place the largest flowers around the outside edges.
Place smaller flowers between the large flowers.
Position the green leaves underneath and between the flowers.
The reference design uses the flowers as a decorative vine connecting the three circular green motifs rather than placing them in a straight line.
Joining the Runner
Lay the three green circles on a flat surface.
Place the first circle at the bottom, the second in the center and the third toward the top.
Slightly overlap the floral sections between the circles.
Sew the flowers together using the long yarn tails.
Attach leaves underneath the flowers, positioning their pointed ends outward.
Where two flowers meet, sew through several stitches on both flowers to create a secure connection.
Attach the floral chain to the edges of the green circles with small hidden stitches.
Make sure the joins remain flexible rather than pulling the motifs tightly together.
Final Assembly
Arrange the flowers and leaves until the runner has a natural flowing appearance.
Sew each flower securely to the neighboring flower, leaf, or circular motif.
Turn the runner over and carefully hide all yarn ends.
Do not cut the ends until you are satisfied with the arrangement.
Blocking
Place the finished runner on a clean flat surface.
Lightly dampen it with water.
Stretch each green circle into a smooth round shape.
Straighten the flowers and leaves.
Pin the runner into its final shape.
Allow it to dry completely.
Finishing
Remove the pins.
Check all flower centers and joins.
Trim remaining yarn ends.
Gently flatten the flowers with your fingers.
