This pattern is an original reconstruction based on the ornament shown in your photo. It includes the three designs: snowman, Christmas tree, and Santa.
Materials
- DK or worsted-weight yarn
- Crochet hook 3–3.5 mm
- Polyester stuffing

1. Spiral Body
Make this part for all three ornaments.
With the main color:
Round 1: MR, 6 sc into ring. (6)
Round 2: sc around. (6)
Round 3: inc around. (12)
Round 4: sc around. (12)
Round 5: (sc, inc) repeat 6 times. (18)
Rounds 6–45: sc around. (18)
Continue until the tube measures approximately 25–30 cm.
Do not overstuff. A small amount of stuffing can be added if necessary.
Fasten off, leaving a long yarn tail.
To create the spiral, gently bend the tube into 5–7 large turns. Arrange the turns so that they gradually become narrower toward the top. Use small invisible stitches between selected sections to maintain the spiral shape.
2. Snowman
Head
White yarn.
Round 1: MR, 6 sc. (6)

Face
Sew two black eyes between rounds 7 and 8.
Make the nose with orange yarn by crocheting a small cone or embroidering a triangular shape.
Embroider a small curved mouth with black yarn.
Hat
Dark blue yarn.
Round 1: MR, 6 sc. (6)

Fasten off.
Add a purple band around the hat and a small decorative pom-pom.
Sew the hat firmly to the head.
Scarf
Using turquoise and yellow yarn, chain 55–65.
Row 1: sc across.
Row 2: ch 1, turn, sc across.
Continue until the scarf is approximately 2–2.5 cm wide.
Wrap it around the snowman’s neck and add fringe to both ends.
Snowman Spiral
Attach the spiral body underneath the head.
Use dark blue yarn as the principal color and add turquoise, gold and purple embroidery.
Small flowers, stars, beads or sequins can be sewn onto the spiral.
Finish with a decorative bow at the bottom.
3. Christmas Tree
Tree
Green yarn.

Spiral Decoration
Using a contrasting green yarn, make a chain of approximately 80–100 stitches.
Work 1 sc into each chain.
Fasten off.
Wrap this long crocheted strip around the tree from the top downward to create the spiral.
Secure it at several points with invisible stitches.
Star
Use gold yarn.
Make a small five-point star using chains and slip stitches.
Sew it firmly to the top of the tree.
Decorations
Add small beads or sequins along the tree.
At the bottom, attach a decorative bow and two or three small Christmas balls.
Attach the long spiral body underneath the tree.
4. Santa
Face
Beige yarn.

Beard
White yarn.
Chain 10.
Row 1: sc across.

Row 3: sc across.
Add several strands of white yarn along the bottom to create a fluffy beard.
Sew the beard onto the lower part of the face.
Santa Hat
Red yarn.
Round 1: MR, 6 sc. (6)
Round 2: sc around. (6)

Continue increasing until the hat fits the head.
Use white yarn for the brim and add a white pom-pom to the tip.
Santa Spiral
Make the same 18-stitch spiral body described in Section 1.
Use burgundy or red as the main color.
Add green and gold stripes.
Embroider a black belt around the spiral and add a small gold buckle.
Attach a green decorative bow near the bottom.
Add two or three small Christmas balls underneath.
5. Christmas Balls
For small crocheted balls:
Round 1: MR, 6 sc. (6)
Round 2: inc × 6. (12)
Rounds 3–4: sc around. (12)
Round 5: (sc, dec) × 6. (12)
Round 6: dec × 6. (6)
Add a small amount of stuffing before closing.
Attach a small gold loop to the top.
You can also use ready-made miniature Christmas balls.
6. Hanging Loop
Cut 20–25 cm of strong cord.
Fold it in half.
Insert the two ends through the top of the ornament and secure them with several strong stitches.
Alternatively:
Chain 15 and join with a sl st to form a loop.
Sew the loop securely to the top.
7. Final Assembly
The finished ornament should be assembled in this order:
Hanging loop
Head or tree
Long spiral body
Decorative bow
Small Christmas balls
Large hanging Christmas ball
For the closest result to the reference, make the spiral approximately 25–30 cm long, with 5–7 loose turns. Keep the turns relatively wide and evenly spaced.
