Construction
The ornament is made separately as the snowman head, Santa hat, scarf, hands, spiral body, decorative snowflakes, bead strand, and hanging ornaments before everything is sewn together.
Snowman Head

Round 3: (1 sc, inc) × 6 (18)

Rounds 8–14: Sc around.
Insert the safety eyes between rounds 10 and 11. Stuff the head firmly.

Nose

Cheeks

Santa Hat

Finish with a white brim.
Make a large white pom-pom.

Scarf
Using alternating red and green yarn, chain 70–80 stitches.
Work 4–6 rows of single crochet.
Add long fringes to both ends.
Wrap around the snowman’s neck and sew in place.
Hands
Make two small stuffed circles.
Round 1: 6 sc in MR.
Increase to 18 stitches.
Work two rounds even.
Stuff lightly.
Decrease and close.
Embroider decorative snowflakes before attaching them beneath the scarf.
Spiral Body
Using red yarn, chain approximately 120–170 stitches.
Row 1: Work 3 sc into every chain stitch to naturally create a spiral.
Join white yarn and crochet one complete edging round in single crochet around the spiral.
Embroider small green and red snowflakes evenly along the white edge.
The inside of the spiral remains red while the outside edge stays white.
Decorative Beads
Thread alternating gold, green, and red beads through the center of the spiral.
Secure each bead firmly with knots.
Bottom Decorations
Attach two lightweight Christmas baubles using strong thread or fishing line.
Secure tightly to prevent movement.
Hanging Loop
Attach a strong gold cord to the top of the Santa hat.
