Round 1
Make a magic ring.
Ch 3 (counts as first dc), work 15 dc into the ring.
Join with a sl st. (16 dc)
Round 2
Ch 3, skip 1 st, sc in next st.
Repeat around to create 8 chain spaces.
Join with a sl st.
Round 3
Into each ch-3 space work:
(2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc).
Ch 2 between each group.
Join.
Round 4
Switch to blue yarn.
Around each point:
(sc, hdc, 3 dc, hdc, sc).
Work sc in each valley between points.
Join.
Round 5
Continue with blue.
Around each point:

Finishing
- Sew a silver bead in the center of each snowflake point.
- Attach crystal drops between the points.
- Add small jingle bells to the lower points.
- Make a blue-and-white tassel and attach it to the bottom with additional bells.
- Add a hanging loop at the top.
- Block the snowflake and stiffen it with fabric stiffener or diluted white glue to help it keep its shape.
