Better Than Sex Fruit Salad Large Party Size

Ingredients:
Fruit (feel free to substitute based on season or preference):
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
- 2 cups green grapes, halved
- 2 cups red grapes, halved
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 (15 oz) can peach slices, drained and chopped
- 1 (15 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
Creamy Layer:
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 lemon (optional for brightness)
Crunch & Extras:
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional but recommended)
- ½ cup shredded sweetened coconut (optional but heavenly)
- Crushed graham crackers or shortbread cookies for topping (optional)
Directions:
- Prep the fruit: Wash, peel, and chop all your fresh fruit. Drain the canned fruits very well to prevent excess liquid.
- Make the creamy dressing:
- In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the whipped topping and vanilla extract. Add lemon zest if using.
- Combine it all:
- In a very large bowl, gently combine all the fruits.
- Fold in the cream mixture until everything is coated.
- Add marshmallows, coconut, and nuts if using. Stir gently to mix.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving, or overnight. The flavors will meld beautifully.
- Before serving: Sprinkle crushed cookies or graham crackers on top for a sweet, crunchy contrast.
