Ingredients:
- 2 cucumbers
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 jalapeño (chilli pepper)
- 1 red onion (if onion is big, use half)
- Bunch of cilantro (coriander)
- 1 can of corn
- 1 lime
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 can of tuna
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions:
- Prepare the Vegetables:
- Peel and dice the cucumbers.
- Dice the tomatoes.
- Remove the seeds from the jalapeño and finely chop it.
- Finely chop the red onion.
- Roughly chop the cilantro.
- Combine Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, tomatoes, chopped jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro.
- Add Corn and Tuna:
- Drain the can of corn and add it to the bowl.
- Drain the can of tuna and flake it into the bowl.
- Season and Mix:
- Squeeze the juice of the lime over the mixture.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the mayonnaise and mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
- Chill and Serve:
- Refrigerate the salad for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
