WHITE CHRISTMAS FRUIT FUDGE

Give Ingredients:
4 cups white chocolate chips (about 680 g)
1 can sweetened condensed milk (397 g)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup candied fruit mix or tutti-frutti
1 cup chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, or almonds) optional
Pinch of salt

Instructions:
Line a rectangular baking pan with parchment paper, letting the edges hang over for easy lifting.
Place white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter in a medium saucepan.
Heat over low, stirring continuously until everything melts into a smooth mixture.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
Add mini marshmallows and candied fruit mix.
Add nuts if using.
Stir gently to keep the marshmallows slightly whole.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top evenly.
Tap the pan lightly on the counter to remove air bubbles.
Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours or until fully firm.
Lift the fudge out using the parchment, place on a board, and cut into squares.

Storage:
Keeps in the refrigerator for 2 weeks in an airtight container.
Freezes well for up to 2 months.
