Peach Lemonade

Cool off this summer with a homemade treat – Peach Lemonade! Here’s what you’ll need:

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 4 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh peach slices
  • Lemon wedges
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Now, here’s how to whip it up:

Directions:

  1. Blend those peeled and pitted peaches until they’re nice and smooth.
  2. Strain that peach puree through a sieve into a pitcher to get rid of any lumps.
  3. To the pitcher, add in your lemon juice and granulated sugar. Give it a good stir until the sugar’s all dissolved.
  4. Pour in the cold water and mix it all up.
  5. Taste it. If you want it sweeter, throw in some more sugar.
  6. Stick the pitcher in the fridge for at least an hour to get it nice and chilled.
  7. When it’s chilled and you’re ready to serve, fill up your glasses with ice cubes.
  8. Pour that peachy goodness over the ice.
  9. Garnish each glass with peach slices, lemon wedges, and mint leaves if you’re feeling fancy.
  10. Give it a gentle stir, and you’re good to go!
