
Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Parmesan Alfredo Shells
Ingredients:
For the steak bites:
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
For the pasta:
- 12 oz shell pasta
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup reserved pasta water
Instructions:
- Cook shell pasta according to package directions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add steak bites, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Sear steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter, garlic powder, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.
- Add cooked shell pasta and reserved pasta water, stirring to combine.
- Return steak bites to the skillet and mix everything together.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
