Chocolate Peanut Bars No Bake

Ingredients

Base
2 cups crushed biscuits
1 cup roasted peanuts
1/2 cup melted butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Chocolate topping
2 cups chocolate chips
1/4 cup peanut butter
Extra peanuts or chocolate chips for topping optional

Instructions

  1. Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with peanuts
  2. Add melted butter and condensed milk then mix well until combined
  3. Line a pan with baking paper and press the mixture firmly into the pan
  4. Melt chocolate chips with peanut butter until smooth
  5. Pour the chocolate over the base and spread evenly
  6. Add extra peanuts or chocolate chips on top if desired
  7. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until firm
  8. Cut into squares and serve

Tips

Chill well before cutting for clean pieces
Use crunchy peanut butter for more texture
Store in the fridge for up to one week
