Chocolate Peanut Bars No Bake
Ingredients
Base
2 cups crushed biscuits
1 cup roasted peanuts
1/2 cup melted butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Chocolate topping
2 cups chocolate chips
1/4 cup peanut butter
Extra peanuts or chocolate chips for topping optional
Instructions
- Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with peanuts
- Add melted butter and condensed milk then mix well until combined
- Line a pan with baking paper and press the mixture firmly into the pan
- Melt chocolate chips with peanut butter until smooth
- Pour the chocolate over the base and spread evenly
- Add extra peanuts or chocolate chips on top if desired
- Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until firm
- Cut into squares and serve
Tips
Chill well before cutting for clean pieces
Use crunchy peanut butter for more texture
Store in the fridge for up to one week
