Preparation Steps:**

  1. Wash thoroughly
    Clean the chayotes, cucumber, apple, and ginger well. You can soak them briefly in a vinegar-water solution to remove any residue.
  2. Peel and chop
  • Peel the chayotes and remove the seed if large.
  • Cut into small chunks for easier blending.
  • Peel and slice the cucumber and ginger.
  • Chop the apple if using.
