Big Batch Lazy Man s Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted
- 1 to 1½ cups sliced peaches (drained) — or more if you like it extra fruity
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased large baking dish (9×13 inches or similar).
- Evenly distribute the peaches over the batter — do not stir.
- Pour the melted butter over the top of everything.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving. It’s excellent with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream!
