Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 3 large potatoes
- Olive oil (for tossing potatoes and steak bites)
- Salt

- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- Dried parsley
- 2 steaks (10-ounce strip steaks recommended)
- Steak seasoning (e.g., Kinder’s Prime Steak Seasoning)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
Instructions:
- Prepare the Potatoes:
- Wash the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
- In a bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley to coat evenly.
- Cook the Potatoes:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the seasoned potato cubes in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket at least a couple of times during cooking to ensure even cooking.
- Prepare the Steak Bites:
- While the potatoes are cooking, cut the steak into 1-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, coat the steak bites with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning.
- Cook the Steak Bites:
- Once the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the air fryer and set them aside.
- Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for about 7 minutes for medium doneness, adjusting the time according to your preferred level of doneness.

- Melt the butter in a small saucepan or microwave.
- Stir in the minced garlic and dried parsley until well combined.
- Combine and Serve:
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the cooked steak bites.
