Tree Front
Ch 22.
Work rows of sc.
Decrease 1 stitch at each end every second row until a triangle is formed.
Add decorative surface crochet stripes using red or green yarn.
Sew beads randomly as ornaments.
Tree Back
Repeat the front panel.
Tree Trunk
With brown yarn:
Ch 12.
Work 10 rows of sc.
Fold into a small rectangle and sew.
Assembly
Place the front and back together.
Crochet around the edges with sc, leaving the top open to create a pocket for the cutlery.
Attach the trunk to the bottom center.
Sew on a ribbon bow, bell, and star.
Weave in all ends.
Finished Size
Approximately 20–24 cm (8–9½ inches) tall, suitable for holding a fork, knife, and spoon.
