STEP 1 — MAKE THE CREPES
- In a bowl, whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, sugar, and salt.
- Add flour gradually and whisk until smooth (no lumps).
- Heat a nonstick pan, lightly oil it.
- Pour a thin layer of batter and swirl to cover the pan.
- Cook 30–40 seconds per side until lightly golden.
- Set your crepes aside.
STEP 2 — MAKE THE CREAMY CHICKEN FILLING
- Melt butter in a skillet.
