BIG JAPANESE RICE GEL RECIPE (Wrinkle-Reducing)
Ingredients**:
- 1/2 cup rice (short-grain or sushi rice preferred)
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons aloe vera gel (or milk, depending on variation)
Instructions**:
Step 1: Cook the Rice**
- Rinse the rice thoroughly until the water runs clear.
- In a pot, add 1/2 cup of rice to 1 cup of water.
- Cook on medium heat until rice is soft and water becomes starchy.
- Don’t let the water completely evaporate!
Step 2: Extract the Rice Gel**
- Once cooked, strain the rice and keep the starchy rice water.
- Let the rice water cool down slightly.
- It will thicken into a gel-like consistency.
Step 3: Add Aloe Vera or Milk**
- Mix 2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel into the warm (not hot) rice gel.
- Alternatively, mix 2 tablespoons of milk if using the milk version.
- Stir well until smooth and creamy.
How to Use**:
- Cleanse your face first.
- Apply the rice-aloe gel evenly as a face mask.
- Leave it on for 15–20 minutes.
- Rinse off with lukewarm water.
- Use 2–3 times a week for best results.
