Leopard Shiffon Cupcakes

Ingredients
55 grm Cake flour
3 eggs separated (whites & yolks)
10 grm shugar
35 grm oil
30 grm milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
50 grm shugar (beat with egg whites)
1 tsp black or dark brown food colour
1/2 tbls coco powder
3 piping bags
Cupcake tray
Cupcakes liner

Cooking Instructions
1 Put eggs in a bowl mixed with shugar and milk.

2 Add oil, vanilla extract and cake flour mix well till there is no lumbs in it

3 Beat egg white with shugar. Beat it till glossy soft peaks formed.

4 Fold egg whites in egg yolks mixture. Fold by putting small amount at once. Fold gently.

Take 2 bowls. Put 3 tbl spoon in each bowl. Mixed with coco powder in one and colour in other bowl. Put both in piping bags.

Repeat the circles 4 times. Then fill the top with plain better.

Make leopard print on top on the cupcakes with light brown and dark better.

Bake it at 180° for 20 to 25 min or till done. Dont over bake. Enjoy as it is or top with whip cream or any icing.
