Firm BUTTER CHICKEN
Ingredients:
2 huge eggs beaten
▢1 container Ritz saltine crumbs
▢1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
▢1/4 teaspoon dark pepper
▢4 chicken breasts , boneless skinless (6 ounces each)
▢1/2 container butter , cut into pieces
Firm BUTTER CHICKEN
Preparation:
Preheat stove to 375 degrees.
Place eggs and wafer scraps in two partitioned shallow bowls.
Mix saltine pieces with garlic salt and pepper.
Dip chicken within the eggs, at that point dig within the piece blend to coat.
Arrange coated chicken in a 9×13 inch preparing dish.
Place pieces of butter on best of the chicken.
Bake within the preheated broiler for 30-35 minutes or until brilliant brown.
