Ingredients:

2 huge eggs beaten
▢1 container Ritz saltine crumbs
▢1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
▢1/4 teaspoon dark pepper
▢4 chicken breasts , boneless skinless (6 ounces each)
▢1/2 container butter , cut into pieces

Preparation:

Preheat stove to 375 degrees.

Place eggs and wafer scraps in two partitioned shallow bowls.

Mix saltine pieces with garlic salt and pepper.

Dip chicken within the eggs, at that point dig within the piece blend to coat.

Place pieces of butter on best of the chicken.
