You will need:

 

°2 pounds (0.91 kg) of fresh ground beef.

°1 liter of tomato juice.

°1 can tomato purée (29 ounces (1.1 kg))

°1 can (15 ounces (0.57 kg)) can bean, drained.

°1 (15 ounce (0.57 kg)) can of filtered pinto beans.

°1 medium-sized onion chopped.

° Half a cup of chopped celery.

° A cup of green pepper cut into cubes.

° Half a cup of chili powder.

°1 teaspoon ground cumin.

°1 teaspoon garlic powder.

°1 teaspoon salt.

° Half teaspoon ground black pepper.

°½ teaspoon dried oregano.

° Half a teaspoon of sugar.

° Half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper.

 

*How:

 

Fry the minced meat in a large skillet, then drain it from the fat.

In a 6-liter saucepan, put the beef and all other ingredients. Simmer on low heat for 1 to 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Or you can cook for 3 to 4 hours in a slow cooker over low heat.
