Ingredients
1 pound of crab meat, carefully examined for shells and cartilage
1/2 cup of butter
1/4 cup of lemon juice
2 cloves of minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Optional: Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
In a large skillet melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic for approximately 1 minute, until the aroma is released.
Incorporate the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Gently mix in the crab meat and cook until it is heated through, which should take around 2 minutes.
Optionally garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
