Ingredients:

• Pasta:
• 1 pound fettuccine pasta
• Steak:
• 1 1/2 pounds steak (ribeye or sirloin), sliced into thin strips

• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
• 2 tablespoons butter

Directions:
