4 fillets of white fish (such as cod )
2 limes, juiced and zested
4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of fish sauce
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 red chili, finely sliced
1 bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions:
Rinse the fish fillets and pat dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix lime juice and zest, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and grated ginger to create the marinade.

Steam the fish in a preheated steamer for about 10-12 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
