Ten-Minute Garlic Flatbreads
Ingredients:
350g of flour
1 spoonful of baking powder
Salt to taste
To brush: 60ml oil and 120ml water
Pressed Garlic (adjust to taste)
A little oilHerbs to taste (rosemary, mint, parsley)
Getting Ready:
Prepare the Dough:
In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
Combine oil and water into the dry ingredients, kneading until a smooth dough forms. Adjust with more flour or water if needed.
Shaping the Flatbreads:
Shape the Dough:
Pinch off small balls of dough.
On a lightly floured surface, roll each ball into a thin circle (1/8 to 1/4 inch thick).
Cook the Flatbreads:
Heat a pan or pot on medium heat to prevent sticking.
Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and slightly puffed.
Brush with Garlic Oil:
Mix oil, pressed garlic, and herbs in a small bowl for brushing.
Brush the garlic oil mix over each flatbread while warm for added flavor.
