Cucumber, Onion, and Tomato Salad

Description: This refreshing and tangy salad is a perfect blend of crisp cucumbers, juicy tomatoes, and pungent onions, all brought together with a zesty dressing. It’s not only simple to make but also incredibly delicious, especially after it has marinated in the refrigerator, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe tomatoes (medium-sized), diced into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 English cucumbers (or any variety you prefer), thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup of high-quality vinegar (such as red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon of freshly cracked black pepper

  • 2 teaspoons of salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup of cold water
  • 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:
