• * 8-10 mugs water
• * 1 expansive inlet leaf
• * 1 glass raw pearl barley
• * 1/2 teaspoon salt
• * 1/2 teaspoon dark pepper
• * 1 tbs garlic

Instructions

1. Brown hamburger in non-stick broil skillet until browned, mixing frequently.
