1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
Directions:
