How to Make a Natural Scalp and Hair Treatment

This DIY treatment is designed to support hair growth, target bald spots, and nourish thinning areas, including the eyebrows. It combines natural ingredients known for their anti-inflammatory and stimulating properties.

Ingredients:

• 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
• 1 avocado seed (grated or blended)
• 1 tablespoon whole cloves
• 1 small red onion (chopped)
• 1 cup of water
• 2 tablespoons of carrier oil (optional: coconut oil, olive oil, or castor oil)

Preparation:

1. In a pot, combine the water, chopped onion, grated or blended avocado seed, and cloves. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
2. Turn off the heat and add the turmeric powder while the mixture is still warm. Let it steep for 5 minutes.
3. Strain the mixture using a fine sieve or cloth.
4. Add your preferred carrier oil for extra moisture and to help preserve the mixture.

Application:

1. Apply directly to clean scalp or affected areas using a cotton ball or your fingertips.
