  • 1 cup peach slices
  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

refreshing minty green smoothie:

  • 1 cup spinach or kale leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
