Method

Step 1 – Crochet the Head

Begin with a magic ring and work in continuous rounds.

Increase gradually until the head reaches the desired width.

Crochet several even rounds to form the cheeks.

Insert the safety eyes.

Embroider the eyebrows, eyelashes, smile, and rosy cheeks.

Stuff the head firmly before closing.

Step 2 – Make the Ears

Crochet two pointed ears separately.

Leave long yarn tails.

Sew them securely onto each side of the head.

Step 3 – Hair

Use brown yarn.

Crochet a small cap that fits over the top of the head.

Add individual strands or embroidered texture for bangs.

Sew the hair in place.

Step 4 – Christmas Hat

Start from the tip.

Increase gradually to create a cone.

Crochet a white brim.

Sew the hat slightly tilted for a playful appearance.

Attach a small bell or pom-pom to the tip.

Step 5 – Body

Begin at the neck.

Crochet downward using red yarn.

Change to black for the belt.

Continue with red.

Finish with white trim.

Stuff lightly while working.

Step 6 – Arms

Crochet two identical arms.

Use green for mittens.

Change to white cuffs.

Finish with red sleeves.

Stuff lightly before sewing.

Step 7 – Legs

Crochet two legs separately.

Use green for boots.

Change to white trim.

Finish with red trousers.

Attach evenly beneath the body.

Step 8 – Collar

Crochet several small leaf shapes in green.

Arrange them around the neckline.

Sew securely.

Add tiny red berries using French knots or beads.

Step 9 – Spiral

Chain the desired length.

Work three or four single crochet stitches into every chain.

The strip naturally curls into a spiral.

Continue until the spiral reaches the desired length.

Step 10 – Decorative Bells

Attach three miniature bells or beads to the end.

Secure tightly.

Step 11 – Assembly

Sew the head onto the body.

Attach the ears.

Attach the hat.

Sew on both arms.

Attach the legs.

Position the spiral beneath the body.

Add the hanging loop at the top of the hat.

Step 12 – Finishing

Check that every piece is firmly attached.

Hide all yarn ends.

Brush the surface lightly if using acrylic yarn.

Steam gently without touching the stitches directly.
