Crispy fried fish with spices

Ingredients

Ingredients for 4 persons
600 g of white fish fillets or fillets without bones to taste.

It can be frozen and of any variety: hake, sea bream, rose, sole …

1 egg

A teaspoon of garlic powder

4 tablespoons of lemon juice and the zest of half a lemon

Half a teaspoon of curry powder

3 tablespoons of flour

3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs

Salt and pepper

Directions:

PREPARATION of crispy fried fish with spices
We beat the egg and mix it with lemon juice, curry, garlic, salt and pepper.

We mix the fish with this mixture and leave it to marinate in the refrigerator for half an hour,
Mix the breadcrumbs and the flour and put it in a deep plate.

We pass the pieces of fish (without draining them much from the egg) in the mixture of breadcrumbs and well coated flour.

We are currently frying in hot oil.

We are serving for the moment, freshly fried and hot.
