Dried Apricots: 80g (approx. 2.8 ounces)
Pumpkin Seeds: 50g (approx. 1.8 ounces)
Almonds: 70g (approx. 2.5 ounces)
Roasted Cashews: 75g (approx. 2.6 ounces)
Sesame Seeds (reserve some for garnishing): 35g (approx. 1.2 ounces)
Pine Nuts: 20g (approx. 0.7 ounces)
