1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup cold milk
1 packet vanilla pudding mix or custard powder

Instructions
Start by pouring the cold milk into a mixing bowl and add the pudding mix or custard powder. Whisk until the mixture becomes thick and smooth. In a separate large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with an electric mixer until it forms stiff peaks. This step is important because it gives the mousse its light and airy texture.
