Creamy Shrimp and Crab Spinach Dip
Ingredients:
For the Dip:
1/2 pound cooked shrimp, chopped
1/2 pound lump crab meat, picked over for shells
1 cup cooked spinach, squeezed dry and chopped
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
For Garnish:
Additional grated Parmesan cheese
Chopped parsley or chives
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Combine Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Fold in the chopped shrimp, crab meat, and spinach until well combined.
Transfer to Baking Dish:
Spoon the mixture into a baking dish (a 9-inch pie plate or similar size).
Sprinkle additional grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake the Dip:
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley or chives.
Serve warm with your choice of crackers, toasted bread, or vegetable sticks.
