Creamy Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Here’s a recipe that even the pickiest eaters will enjoy: Creamy Chicken Alfredo Pasta!

Ingredients:
– 1 lb (450g) fettuccine pasta
– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

**Instructions:**
1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink in the center, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

4. Reduce the heat to medium-low and pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Allow the cream to simmer gently for about 2-3 minutes.

5. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring continuously until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.

6. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, stirring to coat it evenly with the Alfredo sauce.

8. Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet, tossing gently to combine and coat the pasta with the sauce.

9. Remove the skillet from the heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.

10. Serve the Creamy Chicken Alfredo Pasta immediately, and watch as even the pickiest eaters savor every bite!
