Cabbage Soup

Cabbage Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 large cabbage, chopped
  • 2 small onions, diced
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 bag of any flavor Lipton onion soup mix

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Vegetables:
  • Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
  • Dice the onions.
  1. Combine Ingredients:
  • In a large pot, add the chopped cabbage and diced onions.
  • Pour in the stewed tomatoes, including their juice.
  1. Add Soup Mix:
  • Sprinkle the Lipton onion soup mix over the vegetables.
  1. Cook the Soup:
  • Add enough water to cover the vegetables.
  • Bring the soup to a boil over high heat.
  • Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium-low and let it simmer for about 30-45 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  1. Serve:
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your healthy, delicious cabbage soup!
