Big Batch Lazy Man s Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted
  • 1 to 1½ cups sliced peaches (drained) — or more if you like it extra fruity

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased large baking dish (9×13 inches or similar).
  4. Evenly distribute the peaches over the batter — do not stir.
  5. Pour the melted butter over the top of everything.
  6. Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving. It’s excellent with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream!
