Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 3 large potatoes
  • Olive oil (for tossing potatoes and steak bites)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Dried parsley
  • 2 steaks (10-ounce strip steaks recommended)
  • Steak seasoning (e.g., Kinder’s Prime Steak Seasoning)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Potatoes:
  • Wash the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
  • In a bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley to coat evenly.
  1. Cook the Potatoes:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the seasoned potato cubes in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket at least a couple of times during cooking to ensure even cooking.
  1. Prepare the Steak Bites:
  • While the potatoes are cooking, cut the steak into 1-inch cubes.
  • In a bowl, coat the steak bites with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning.
  1. Cook the Steak Bites:
  • Once the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the air fryer and set them aside.
  • Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook at 400°F (200°C) for about 7 minutes for medium doneness, adjusting the time according to your preferred level of doneness.

  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan or microwave.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and dried parsley until well combined.
  1. Combine and Serve:
  • Pour the garlic butter mixture over the cooked steak bites.
  • Serve the garlic butter steak bites over the crispy potatoes.
