Pineapple Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple
  • 1/2 cup Mango
  • 1 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Peel and slice the banana.
  2. Peel and chop the pineapple and mango into small pieces.
  3. Place the banana, pineapple, mango, yogurt, and honey into a blender.
  4. Pour in the almond milk.
  5. Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.
  6. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  7. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Carrot Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/4 cup Orange, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Peel and chop the carrots, pineapple, and orange.
  2. Peel and slice the banana.
  3. Add the carrots, pineapple, banana, and orange to the blender.
  4. Add honey to the mixture.
  5. Pour in the almond milk.
  6. Add a handful of ice cubes.
  7. Blend until smooth.
  8. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Grapefruit Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Grapefruit, peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup Mango
  • 1 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Condensed milk
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Peel and slice the banana.
  2. Peel and segment the grapefruit.
  3. Peel and chop the mango.
  4. Place the banana, grapefruit, and mango into the blender.
  5. Add the yogurt and condensed milk.
  6. Pour in the almond milk.
  7. Add a handful of ice cubes.
  8. Blend until smooth.
  9. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Strawberry Orange Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1/4 cup Orange, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries, hulled
  • 1 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Condensed milk
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Peel and slice the banana.
  2. Peel and chop the orange.
  3. Hull the strawberries.
  4. Place the banana, orange, and strawberries into the blender.
  5. Add the yogurt and condensed milk.
  6. Pour in the almond milk.
  7. Add a handful of ice cubes.
  8. Blend until smooth.
  9. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Feel free to adjust the sweetness and consistency to your liking by adding more or less honey, yogurt, or almond milk. Enjoy your refreshing smoothies!
