Pineapple Mango Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 cup Pineapple
- 1/2 cup Mango
- 1 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 cup Almond milk
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Peel and slice the banana.
- Peel and chop the pineapple and mango into small pieces.
- Place the banana, pineapple, mango, yogurt, and honey into a blender.
- Pour in the almond milk.
- Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Carrot Pineapple Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup Pineapple
- 1 Banana
- 1/4 cup Orange, peeled and chopped
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 cup Almond milk
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Peel and chop the carrots, pineapple, and orange.
- Peel and slice the banana.
- Add the carrots, pineapple, banana, and orange to the blender.
- Add honey to the mixture.
- Pour in the almond milk.
- Add a handful of ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Grapefruit Mango Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Grapefruit, peeled and segmented
- 1 cup Mango
- 1 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Condensed milk
- 1 cup Almond milk
- Ice cubes

- Peel and slice the banana.
- Peel and segment the grapefruit.
- Peel and chop the mango.
- Place the banana, grapefruit, and mango into the blender.
- Add the yogurt and condensed milk.
- Pour in the almond milk.
- Add a handful of ice cubes.

Strawberry Orange Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 Banana
- 1/4 cup Orange, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup Strawberries, hulled
- 1 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Condensed milk
- 1 cup Almond milk
- Ice cubes

- Peel and slice the banana.
- Peel and chop the orange.
- Hull the strawberries.
- Place the banana, orange, and strawberries into the blender.
- Add the yogurt and condensed milk.
- Pour in the almond milk.
- Add a handful of ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
