Ingredients
200g biscuits
°100g melted butter
° 5 Eggs
°700g cream cheese
°100g (12 cups) sugar
°150g melted chocolate
°2 tbsp vegetable oil
°40 g (1/3 cup) hazelnut beads
In a bowl, mix the ground biscuits with melted butter, transfer to a baking tray and press.
In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, eggs and sugar.
Pour pressed biscuits. Bake at 160 ° C (320 ° F) for 45 minutes.
Cut into squares and dip into a mix of melted chocolate and hazelnuts.
Freeze for 15 minutes.
