- ½ cup of honey
- ¼ cup prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
How To Make Honey Baked Chicken
Preheat oven 350 degrees F Placing chicken pieces in shallow baking plate, skin side up. Mix the melted butter or margarine, honey, mustard, salt and curry powder and pour the mixture over the chicken.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 1/4 hours (75 minutes), basting every 15 minutes with pan juices, until chicken is golden brown and tender and juices run clear.
