Ingredients:
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
8 oz fettuccine pasta
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
☆Instructions:
Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, toss the shrimp and sliced steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and steak, cooking until they are browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add halved cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously. Once it simmers, reduce the heat to low.
Gradually stir in the Parmesan cheese until it melts and the sauce thickens.
Add the cooked pasta, Cajun shrimp, and steak to the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated in the Alfredo sauce.
Season with additional salt and black pepper if needed. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve hot and enjoy your flavorful Cajun Shrimp and Steak Alfredo Pasta!
