Ingredients:
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup white wine (optional)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 cups sliced mushrooms (optional)
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
☆Instructions:
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and white wine (if using).
Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour the soup mixture over them.
Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese on top and drizzle melted butter over the ingredients.
Optionally, add sliced mushrooms to the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and tender.
