Ingredients
°600 to 800 grams of blackberries
°150 grams of flour
°80g caster sugar + 2tbsp
°80g butter
°50 grams of coconut
°1/2 teaspoon baking powder
°3 tbsp milk or vegetable yogurt
*Instructions
Wash the blackberries thoroughly and drain well. Place in an oven dish (ideally: a pancake dish), then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix and set aside.
In bowl, placing flour, sugar, coconut, baking powder, butter cubes & coconut. Mix by hand until the dough is half cake and have pressed.
Adding milk & mix everything together.
Then leave to rest for half an hour in the fridge.
At the end of this time, collect dough. Cut small pieces of nut-sized dough. Wrap it in a ball and crush it in the palm of your hand to form tablets about 4 cm (* *) in diameter. Cover blackberries with these tablets.
Baking for 30 MN at 180 °C.
Serve warm or at room temperature (I personally prefer lukewarm).
